I love that when I had a question I was able to speak with a real live person immediately.

I love that when I had a question I was able to speak with a real live person immediately. Karissa was kind and happy to help me. When I hung up the phone I told my husband "well, that was easy." Which we can't say very often these days with robo answering. We are so glad we have Trupanion insurance.
