Premiums have more than tripled since enrolment. When you have paid premiums for 15 years as I have, with very few claims, premiums should be frozen.

I AM STII WAITING FOR CLLAIM FORMS THAT I REQUESTED.

On my most recent clain I do not understand why the visit was not covered. This was NOT an annual checkup. t was an emergency visit. How is the doctor expec ted to care for my pet if he is not examined.

Trupanion has always provided an exceptional service to help me give my dog Misha the medical care she has needed without my having to worry about the cost and especially during her recent emergency which required her to be hospitalised and having a blood transfusion...I didnt have to worry too much about the bill and new I wouldnt have to say no to any treatment she needed. Thanks Trupanion...one of my better investments.

The first representative gave me the your wrong email address for filing a claim but the second one did and I was able to file the claim. Hopefully I will hear soon that you received it okay..

I have always been your biggest cheerleader to friends and family. Lately I have been having a reoccurring challenge of improperly processed claims. At 3 different times medication invoices that were sent in for reimbursements were applied to a deductible that had been met 2 years prior for the SAME medications for the SAME condition. These processing errors came on the heal of a few claims that took 3-5 WEEKS to process. Even after calling to check on them it took more time. I'm not sure what was/is happening in that department but it does appear Trupanion has had some challenges and or changes. Because of these experiences which caused me great frustration I am more cautious in my recommendations. I wish that someone would just be honest and transparent about the issues. Have there been high turnover in personnel, new management/owners, lack of staff, too much volume for the staff in place or methods of processing being changed? I could understand the changes I have experienced. It would seem to me that a medication that has been used and processed monthly for 2 YEARS would be easily checked for processing. Instead they have been applied to a deductible already met. Thank you.

This claim was for a small bacterial infection that Tex picked up from who knows where...the process was easy and Tex is all better. I love knowing Pets Best is there regardless of the claim size.

Very happy with Trupanion. My dog has many health issues and Trupanion has always been there for us providing great service.

June was rough. 3 expensive vet visits in one week. Pets Best expedited the processing of the first two claims to make it easier for me to pay for the endoscopy procedure that was called for on the third visit. That is customer service with HEART! When the biopsy results suggested an allergy, they covered the allergy testing. Now we know which foods were causing the Irritable Bowel Syndrome. XOX : )

Representative is working on resolving the reason for my call. She is getting back to me in a couple of days.Representative was totally awesome!!!!
