Great Company For Past 10 years
We have personally had a great experience with Trupanion over the past 10 years. Sammie recently had a hospitalization for an illness that we could not get a definitive diagnosis for and I won’t lie, I was concerned that Trupanion may decline the hefty claim because there wasn’t a definite diagnosis to what caused her to become so sick. Trupanion came through once again! Not sure why I doubted they wouldn’t…they have always come through for us when most needed. I’m a very satisfied customer of this pet insurance.

Life Saver!
Trupanion has really come through for our puppy. We discovered he has a liver shunt and Trupanion has made our decision making easier knowing they are there to help! I am so happy I decided to stick with the insurance after my free month trial and will continue to keep insurance on each new dog we get!

We have been with Trupanion for nearly a decade and have always received stellar assistance and service from them. Through surgeries to medications, someone has always been available to assist by phone or chat almost right away. I also appreciate that the employees are pet owners because you can tell that they're not just reading off of a script and actually seem to care about your pet like it was one of their own.
