Responsive and Immediate Reimbursement
Having PetsBest insurance took the pressure off us having to visit the Vet 5 times in 4 weeks for our beloved ten year old's congestive heart failure. He's rallied and getting through it and so are we knowing that his health is protected. We don't worry about what the Vet needs to do. We only worry that he should continue to improve! Continue to automatically increase cost every year by 26% for each pet
They continue to increase the price by 26% each year - from 3 to 4 years of age cat. I can't image how expensive it will keep getting in the future. When I make an estimate for a new pet same age and breed, it comes out much cheaper then on the phone, they say they have to charge me higher because their rates go up every year... Planning to switch plans.

Pets Best Insurance so far the second best insurance provider in my experience. The only reason I did not give 5 stars because it takes a while to process the claim as compare to healthy paws. However, I still like Pets Best Insurance and I want to keep it due to the broad coverage options less deductible and quality service.

This was my first time shopping around for dog insurance, geico actually told me about them. They made the process super easy to understand and broke down the whole process. I enrolled 2 dogs for health insurance. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking.

They were very helpful with me getting insurance my cat had a blockage and we had to go to victorville for treatment. This was a learning experience about how important it is to get pet insurance. The places that we called want anywhere from 5,000 to 10,000 to unblock my cat name toudles! before we went to victorville for treatment. We went to long Beach they wanted 5 000.00 to unblock him but I ended up pay 500.00 for meds.Aspca is affordable that's why I picked them for pet coverage.

Found your reps leading up to our decision to go with ASPCA to be friendly, helpful and responsive. once we made the decision and leveraged your website to enroll, we found the UI very easy/helpful. It would be nice to get a follow up call from a rep welcoming us to ASPCA and making a personal connection and to make sure all details are clear/expectations are met.

Please do not use this company, COMPLETELY CORRUPT, they are scammers. We paid $157 a month for the last 8 months after our pup was spaded and 3 other claims of over 3000 they paid a lousy $202 I lost it with them, all they want is your money and have excuses why they wont cover your claims, that is how the employees are trained take the money in but they don't pay any claims out. Your better off starting a pet saving account on your own and putting money in it every month than being scammed and taken by this company. I am warning everyone do not use it, you will waist your time and money and be very angry! So tired of these kinds of business that don't care about your dog, we have hired an attorney through my husbands work to get all our money back we paid, they even want the $202 out of the $3000 in claims they paid on top of our 157 a month we already paid and refuse to give it back. Thief's THAT IS WHO THEY ARE! The reason i don't find reviews for pumpkin helpful is because there employees are leaving the positive ones check out bbb as they are all o the same day and one liners what a joke
