Everyone is super friendly and caring whenever I need to call with a question. I submitted multiple claims recently because one of my dogs was diagnosed with diabetes. I was told that because it was her first claim for diabetes, processing would take a little while. I submitted the claims on a Tuesday evening and on Thursday the money was in my bank account. I was happily surprised. I always recommend Trupanion to anyone who wants to know about pet insurance.
