Exceptional service. My vet submitted paperwork on Friday night, I received an email from Trupanion that my claim was received, then money was deposited in my bank account on Sunday. I can’t say enough about how easy it has been to deal with Trupanion.

Basically they can tie any claim to a possible "pre-exisiting condition" and determine on an indivdual case basis whether or not to cover the claim. When I spoke with the sales agent it was clear that getting them to pay any claim will be an issue. I tried anyway - and after an excellent yearly exam she was prescribed prescription food. First time and claim was denied. Beware

For the amount of money I pay every month for this insurance, Pets Best is very selective with what they reimburse. I wish I would have went with another company a long time ago. I am canceling my account now after my last claim was denied.

GREAT service. Prompt response, excellent coverage. Straightforward and easy to use. With a Labrador who is very active and curious, the insurance was well worth it as she grew up. Now that she has been diagnosed with Addison's disease at age 5, she will need meds for the rest of her life, and we are doubly glad we have Embrace.
