Would have been 5STAR except for the last request for the dog's medical records for the past year. All the receipts and invoices were complete. Not sure why this year-long records were necessary. Claim came thru just days after this record was sent, so it seemed unnecessary

Phenomenal customer service and easy claim process!
Embrace just made the claims process so easy! Last year my dog was very sick and had to be transported to OSU in the middle of the night. My claims reached the limit. I thought for sure they would not renew us… but they did. Best decision I ever made!

ACL tear, immediate and ACCURATE reimbursement
My clumsy pup tore his ACL, and I went through my regular vet that then sent me to a surgeon that performed the surgery immediately. After 8 weeks, he had a follow up round of x-rays, so more $$. I organized all the paperwork and receipts, uploaded them through the portal, and was paid out EXACTLY the amount that I had calculated. It's so rare to not have to fight with an insurance company and it's sad that I fully expected to have to do so because that has become the norm. I had the money from the surgery reimbursed to me after 1 phone call to them. I will continue to be a customer going forward because who knows what else this little guy is going to get into and having this insurance is peace of mind.

So far Spot has been great! The website is user friendly,and it's straightforward and easy to understand. Response is quick and seems to be designed with pet parents in mind. I'm looking forward to filing my first claim for a wellness checkup for Naomi in the coming month . So far so good! M Vassar
