Unhappy with my claim result
I pay for the wellness benefit for my pets. This includes $150 for dental cleaning every year. I submitted a claim for my dog's dental cleaning and was denied saying that it wasn't supervised by a vet even though the cleaning was done in my dog's licensed vet's office. They covered the claim for the same service on the same day for my cat but are not willing to cover my dog. It's frustrating to pay for services that the company is not willing to pay out. This is the second time a wellness claim has not been paid. Last time it was not willing to pay for the wellness vet appointment stating that it was not for a wellness check even though it was our annual wellness appointment for vaccines.

Fair deal, GREAT service, caring people!
As a long time frenchie parent I have had a lot of experience with many different insurance companies for my dogs. [Who have generated some pretty major claims.] recently I got Trupanion for my newest party animal as I believed the structure of their offer is fair and makes the most sense for dogs that could have ongoing issues. The people I have dealt with have been extraordinary, and have gone above and beyond to make things happen in an emergency. They truly care about their customers and their animals, as well as representing their company BRAVO

Total RIP OFF
Total RIP OFF. At signing they are eager to get your banking info to charge you. Then after that, I believed that the policy was active, but nope! you have to wait 6 months for the policy to be active. Then, when I try to use it, they have the nerves to tell me that I need it an additional insurance on top the policy I bought which basically didn’t cover my pets needs. Besides the POOR Customer service. They did not offered a solution, but a sarcastic answer, I don’t appreciate being taken for a fool. DISAPPOINTED!!!!
