I was very disappointed that the person I spoke with told me I would have to appeal over a mistake that Trupanion made. I submitted 2 claim forms. They were processed under the wrong illness. The claims were put under my pets rectal polyps condition which was Dec 2016. Trupanion had all of Cooper's medical records for the diagnosis regarding the claims I sent in, so I do not understand why it was not correctly processed under Subcutaneous Hemangiosarcoma. The guy I talked to said the claim was closed before Trupanion had the diagnoses. I told him that is not true, Trupanion had requested all of the medical records. He said all I can do is appeal. I don't agree with this. My vet is very busy. She should not have to call Trupanion and straighten this out. It was Trupanion's mistake not mine.

So glad we purchased Trupanion Insurance. They are very efficient, professional, and fast in responses to claims, questions, etc. They have helped us tremendously!
