the best
We have used Trupanion since we purchased our Burmese Mountain Dog and this insurance has been the best. They are informative, care about your dog and they are there with answers 24/7. I rate them 10 stars.

So far, so good.
We've only had to use FIGO once so far...knock on wood. But everything pretty much worked as it should. We had one minor hiccup during the reimbursement phase but they were quick to notice and remedy that situation on their own. I would get FIGO on any future pets if/when the time comes.

Excellent feedback and communication with a caring company
Filed my first claim. The process was very easy, good feedback on the process of the claim, clear statement as to how everything was applied and speedy processing. Better than my personal health insurance. Process to sign up was very efficient.

Pets Plus Us provides excellent pet health insurance!
I am very pleased with Pets Plus Us. My young Keeshond required surgery, as well as needing daily medication. All claims have been processed quickly. Knowing that I can depend on having such good insurance for my dog gives me peace of mind.
