ASPCA Pet Insurance
I am so very glad that I signed up for ASPCA pet insurance for both of my cats. I appreciate the different deductible amounts you can choose from. I also applaud the ASPCA for not excluding pets when they become a certain age. ASPCA believes the care our pets need are the pet parents and the veterinarians decisions. Our cat Squishy became very ill recently and we have had many vet appointments. After our $500 deductible had been met, the insurance is paying 80% of her visits. This is helping out so much because I have had three pets that have been very ill and had no insurance. We had to pay thousands of dollars for care. She is very ill and I want to give her the best care. The claim forms are very easy to send, email, fax, or you can use their app. The claims were taking about three to four weeks to be processed, but the claims are being paid much quicker now. The wait times can be long on the phone, but I always leave my phone number. A representative always calls me back the same day and is very pleasant. Thank you ASPCA for helping our family give the best care for our amimals.

Wrongful denial of coverage due to false claim of preexisting condition
Submitted claim 1st week of December 2021. After numerous emails and phone calls I received a claim denial on Jan 10th due to " pre-existing condition". My vet says otherwise. I suspect the denial was due to claim size ($5000.00+) Buyer beware!
