Ya, that's a fun title! NOT! Needless to say, this is an eye issue that my boy Bill will have for life. Frequent rechecks and daily eye drops. Thank goodness for Embrace. When you need to see more then just your vet, but a specialist, the bills do add up. Embrace is very quick to process all my claims, and keeping me informed by email as they are being processed is very reassuring. All three of my rescue cats are insured. Worth every penny!

All the team members are very nice. i wish the monthly premiums wouldnt increase so much every month, especially when my dog doesnt go to the vet that often.

My Frenchie had to have surgery to remove a foreign abject from her stomach and the cost was over 1200$ and we were paid back over $909

have a change-able billing date.... my bill comes in the day before my money is deposited and apparently I cannot change the "draw date" of the policy....I would pay a month ahead to be "drawn" 10 days later.....

Our Pet's Best insurance for our dog has been amazing ! It has relieved so much anxiety over the care of our dog, and the Pet's Best reps we've spoken with have been hugely helpful and pleasant. The coverage has been fantastic, and the claims are processed and paid within a day or two of submission ! Really, how could it be better ?? Now if only they could train human health insurance providers to do the job equally well ;~))

My Service Dog needed tooth surgery n while she was anesthetized she was to be spayed and hips radiographed for dysplasia for my mobility issues. She was able to go to my wonderful Veterinarian of my choice thanks to NATIONWIDE and their quick reimbursement. Thank you so much! I feel such support from you. ♥️☺

Embrace, you have been an oasis in the desert to us. We came into pet insurance with four dogs and a cat, armed with the opinion that insurance companies were necessary evils and cold-hearted money grubbing rip-offs. You welcomed us with warmth and a genuine interest in our fur family. In the last 2 years as four of our beloveds have died, you have wept with us, sent us lovely personal cards of support and hope, and truly made us feel like family. And the bottom line is that you recognize animal illness expenses and do not avoid reimbursement, a kindness keenly felt upon the loss of pets. We know some of you by name and consider you friends. Your own pet stories have delighted us even as we shared our own with you. Jay has succumbed to Parkinsons Disease and is now almost totally incapable of functioning; but I know that he wants me to tell you how much our relationship with you has helped and encouraged us.
