Fetch is the BEST!
Fetch, formerly PetPlan Insurance, is a life-saver. When my dog became ill, I went to multiple vets, ER's & specialists, trying to get a diagnosis. Fetch was terrific - settling claims within days of them being filed, with very little effort on my part. All I had to do was file the claim and attach the invoices and within days, I knew what services were covered, what wasn't and how much I would be reimbursed. And with 24 hours of Fetch's approval, the money was in my checking account. I cannot recommend Fetch enough! Easy to work with, fair in their claims policy and friendly & sympathetic, if you need to contact them.

Prompt reimbursement for claim
I submitted my claim for my dog's incontinence medication which in my plan is covered to 80%. Once I submitted it, the reply comes back that it can take 10 days or so to process, but I got my reimbursement in 2 days. I have been very happy with them thus far.

Response to trupanions response to me…
Response to trupanions response to me below. So basically then, dogs born with hereditary hip dysplasia can never be covered by your insurance. Unless you buy your insurance before the dog was born???? It makes no sense that you say right up front that you cover this. False advertising! And we called you and spoke to you on the phone, and we were told you would cover this hereditary hip dysplasia in our rescue dog. Your sending a bad message to people like us who rescued a dog in a pound that was up for euthanasia. This will discourage people from rescuing dogs from pounds. Like I said below, our very first visit with our vet with Zeus gave him a full clean bill of health and sent to you. Then you did a FBI style background check and found things we didn't know or could have found out about our rescue pound dog. Very sad that you changed your mind in covering our dog. Sends a bad message to people trying to do the right thing!!
