Worst pet insurance ever!
If I could give no stars, I would! I have paid $141 a month and each time I submit a claim, they deny it claiming pre existing conditions my dog has not ever had! Even my vet did not understand what pre existing condition they were talking about, but they will literally not pay what they are responsible for. I canceled with them and I regret the money wasted, paying for a service they refuse to provide. SHE HAS NO PRE EXISTING CONDITIONS! Oh, and they encourage you to file an appeal, but what they don’t tell you is you will file an appeal and go months without hearing anything. This company is a scam and I am convinced the positive reviews are fake.

Best coverage for alternative procedures I called many insurance companies
I called many insurance companies. Fetch, Janelle, was the first person to answer all my questions. Fetch has the most coverage in all aspects, for me specifically in the coverage of holistic, alternative practices! Good prices, great coverage, nice helpful people to work with on phone.

Very happy with spot insurance!
We purchased spot insurance after reviewing and comparing all policies provided by companies for pet insurance. We just submitted our first claim for puppy shot visits and was reimbursed by direct deposit very promptly. We did purchase the 90% return because we want our puppy Lucy to have the best coverage since she is like a child to us. We also just received a $25 Amazon gift card as promised. Thanks spot insurance!

Broken Toe
Our dog broke his toe and subsequently got a skin infection from the cast. It was a huge relief to have our Fetch pet insurance to help cover these costs. Our only complaint is the lack of transparency for annual increases. Our rate jumped by 56.04% in the second year without warning. Quite a shock.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL…
WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH EVER!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ALWAYS FRIENDLY OVER THE PHONE BUT NEVER ACTUAL DID ANYTHING TO FIX ANY OF THEIR ISSUES. You have to call them over and over and over to get anything done. I waited TWO YEARS FOR THEM TO “merge” my accounts for my animals. Then I couldn’t even sign in and they reset my deductible. Seriously the worst. I called them four times to let them know I couldn’t sign in to my account at all and it was always “okay, I’ll send a message to our IT department and they’ll get back to you TODAY” never did. A week later I’d call to complain again….. same thing over and over… They hide your deductible so you can never see what you’ve paid on it, so KEEP TRACK and be ready to fight them on it!!!!! I’d go ANYWHERE ELSE. I spent three years trying to work it out with these people. THE WORST!!! I’m so rattled. I don’t understand how a company can remain in Production that is so terrible.

They massively increased their monthly premium to double, while significantly lowering their coverage from one year to the next after not increasing hardly at all for 3 years. When trying to call in to resolve, they were insulting and unwilling to address the true problem at hand. I never consented to change in policy by email, verbal, or regular postal mail request.

Having Fetch insurance saved my dog's life.
I am very happy to have Fetch insurance for my dog. It gave me peace of mind when he got really sick and we needed a help, going though all these expensive diagnostics and treatment, it literally saved my dog's life. I was able easy submit a claim through the app by myself and it took less than 15 days to get approval. Perfect insurance company and very flexible plans.

Fetch Delivers on it's Promises
My recent experiences with Fetch are all positive. The phone app is easy to use. My claim gets processed very quickly. My pooch Molly has epilepsy and has monthly recurring meds, and frequent vet checks. Fetch doesn't throw up any roadblocks, just processes and pays my claims.
