All the CSR's that I have spoken to at Trupanion in the past couple of years and now including Lashell have been VERY polite and helpful and sometimes have gone above and beyond.
All the CSR's that I have spoken to at Trupanion in the past couple of years and now including Lashell have been VERY polite and helpful and sometimes have gone above and beyond. They know answers to all the questions that I have asked now and in the past and if not they have put me on a VERY short hold to find the answer for me.

I have been a member since 2013
I have been a member since 2013 and everytime I needed trupanian they were there for me on the spot. They are responsive and compassionate all in one. Truly amazing !!!

The only thing I was disappointed in was a product was not covered.
The only thing I was disappointed in was a product was not covered. My dog gets Revolution Once a month as I explained to the vet at the country that but insisted that part of the treatment would be another flea product On top of the revolution did not understand why which would be one of the reasons I changed vets and I feel it should have been covered
