originally when I signed up, I chose a monthly payment of 50 dollars and a deductible of 500, because that's what my budget would support. however, over the years, my monthly payment has slowly increased to 70 without ever asking me if it was ok . I wasn't too happy about that. To get back down to my monthly payment of 50, I lose the 500 deductible

It is great having people now insure their pets.
It takes longer to process claims, however it is great having people now insure their pets.

Kayla was really great and listened to me cry when I was telling her about my sweet dog that is still in the hospital.
Kayla was really great and listened to me cry when I was telling her about my sweet dog that is still in the hospital. She helped me through my panic and explained my coverage in more detail. It’s been a pleasure working with the employees at Trupanion. Kayla finished our call and said “give your dog a hug for me”. Great service!
