Pancreatitus
My female dog became lethargic and had not eaten and was not drinking water and was not having bowel movements for about 4 days. My veterinarian checked her for all possible causes and concluded that she had Pancreatitis. She was given antibiotics and started on a catheter for additional fluids. The vet followed her care for 3 days until she was well enough that she started eating again. My bill was submitted to Trupanion who paid all but the 10% and examination within two weeks. I am extremely satisfied with Trupanion for their quick response to the bill and also my vet who very professionally diagnosed and treated my dog.
