I would have given 4.75 stars - wonderful service, but terrible phone wait times
I would have given 5 stars, because everything was excellent and smooth, and it is such a blessing to have Joseph's health bills taken care of. You are the best insurance plan we've ever had, because you take away a lot of the stress and worry of having a sick family pet whose vet bills couldn't possibly be paid any other way. It is wonderful that you pay the vet directly. Joseph has had massive vet bills with two major health crises over the past year, and there was no way I could have covered the costs and surgery and lab tests.
The only reason for 4 starts (and I would have given 4.75 stars if I could) is the long wait time whenever I tried to phone you over the past two weeks. The first two times I was on hold for 25 minutes, and gave up. The third time I was on hold for 20 minutes, but put the phone on speaker and took it with me into the shower and while I was getting ready to go to work. This is not a good thing, when there is some urgency to seek pre-approval before a medical procedure can begin.
But on the whole, thank you thank you thank you! Quick payments, and wonderful insurance coverage!
