I was chatting with someone online mentioning that it seemed like my payment was taking quite a long time to process. The man who I was talking to gave me instructions on how to close the window to ensure my payment wouldn't go through and then called me to walk through everything with me. It was great because I had some questions I wanted answered and he followed through on each and every one. As much as I don't hope to use this insurance, the piece of mind is worth it on its own.
