Friendly and efficient
I had some quick questions prior to enrolling and connected with Kevin, the online chat rep who was very friendly and quick to answer my questions. When I tried to enroll online afterwards, the page wouldn’t load so I called into their phone support and only had to wait a minute before Kathleen was able to assist me. She was friendly and efficient as well. The whole process went quite smoothly!
