They do not increase my insurance previous years, like many other companies did.
If they are loyal to me, I am going to stay with them.

During the pandemic, I have asked the insuerer to reduce the rate while I'm off work and I will be using my car as much as I use to. The insurerer is not able to help me and they are not really to reduce the rate.
They are no help during the pandemic. Time to change to different insurance.
