Best insurance company I no.....and friendly and u guys rock♥️♥️

I am not happy with Sonnet Insurance because I have been driving since I was 15 years old, never had an accident other than someone ran into my new car in 1994 while I am stopped at a stop light. My Insurance Co at the time did nothing because I was not at fault. I am now 80 yrs old and still driving except for the last 18 plus months, and due to the pandemic, I rarely go out and yet still Sonnet never offered me a discount nor did they last year nor this year and my insurance is higher than the company I left. First it was the area whish is false when I confronted sonnet about their claim, this year they claim that it is the make of car I drive, they are involved ion more accidents. That has nothing to do with me or any other driver who is in the same position as I am in. A careful driver should not be penalized becaus3e of the make of car they drive. This year If I am not satisfied with their offer, I will be definitely be looking elsewhere.

I only got 1 response out of two questions and it did not resolve my problem. It was a bad choice when I switched to you as this is not a good way to communicate. I will not be renewing my policies with you.

Very easy to follow on the website, affordable. When we needed help have always been amazing to deal with.

You do not accept debit card payments, that's the only reason why I rated Sonnet 'great' instead of 'excellent', otherwise. Sonnet is excellent for everything else.
