Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

I've been with sonnet for a few years now. Everything was great in the beginning. As time drags on though things keep getting worse. I'm thirty three years old. Why do my rates keep going up? No tickets. No accidents. No claims. Why? Why do you have such a weird system with banks? Five days before the payment, you check with them? All happens in five days. And then you have a weird way of listening the payments? I can't tell you how many times, at the end of my year I've had issues with thinking I'm paid up and then a magical last minute payment is needed from me; because of your stupid way of laying out the payments in the first place. Seriously considering changing solely because these little things add up and up and up....

I have been with Sonnet for three or more years and I am satisfied with the service.

I think sonnet is a great insurance company. I have had no issues . I would recommend everyone to go to sonnet insurance.

The real test for insurers is the rate of premium slip and how well and fairly the handle claims. Premiums have not changed much so far and I hope to never have to test sonnets claim processes for ease and fairness
