Payment offered, policy canceled.
Received a notice to provide a one time credit card for payment, which I did gladly.
That card was never charged, or even attempted to be charged. My policy was canceled. As soon as I can pull my car insurance without a large penalty fee, I'll be pulling it as well.
They where great up until we opened our home base business and learned that once we where operating they could no longer offer us home insurance. They do not insurance any home base business, so look else if you have this situation. Then they increased my auto insurance because we didn’t have multiply policy.
I switched to Sonnet Insurance two years ago. I applied for a quote online and was approved online. My insurance premiums were about half of what I had been paying to the bank that held my previous policies.
I recently purchased a new vehicle. The insurance coverage for this vehicle was added to my policy in about three minutes.
Sonnet does increase its premiums annually, but not the ridiculous increases (11% in one year!) that I was subjected to by my former insurer.
