I hate insurance… we all do. I was finally in a place to shop around for insurance on my car, it was the newest I ever had. I did all the online quotes I thought would be good, and all were more than I was paying before. Which made sense, but I didn’t want to pay more. Then I stumbled across sonnet. I did an online quote. And I didn’t get a “you need to call an agent for your quote” message, or someone calling me. They gave me a full quote, let me change everything, see everything (added on features at no cost that I wouldn’t get anywhere else). And it was cheaper than I was paying before! It was cheap, accurate, and I still have full control and can change it at any time! I love that I don’t need to call in to change an address or anything like that. I have already recommended it to everyone. Telling them they can get an accurate quote so fast, and can get those little features that are awesome without paying more!! If you’re on the fence, go do a quote. It’s so much faster than any other quote. And accurate! You will know what you’re getting into before you commit!

Just Amazing!! First off, I love the fact it's all done online. Simple, easy, no messing around. Second, Very well priced. For me, they were the cheapest. Third, covid happened. Sonnet understood the situation without any hesitancy or digression. This felt like they cared about me, more than the money, and has officially won me over as a lifetime customer. Customer service goes a LONG way, as they're the front lines of the company, they can make or break customers. Thank You Sonnet!!
