Sonnet is very easy to understand and easy to make my payments all at a fair cost compared to any other companies I had contacted. I would and do recommend sonnet to others.

Lots of scope to improvement. An app may add more value.

Great insurance company. Best rates around in Ontario where the insurance premiums are ridiculously high. Absolutely ZERO complaints after 3 months.

Unfortunately there was a hold on my credit card for a suspicious transaction ??? which would not allow my insurance payment to process. This was very upsetting as I always ensure my payment is made on time. The customer service agent was helpful and efficient and assured me the payment would be re-processed in a matter of days. I pray this does not negatvely effect my insurance rate in the future.
