The service provided when signing up was excellent. Easy to contact and quick responses. No contact for claims as yet.

I have asked half a dozen times for my policy information and pink slips to be sent to my address. I am not good on computers. I don't have access to a printer. I work 3 jobs and don't have time to sit on the phone for hours to argue with your customer service reps. I have been driving without proof of insurance since June. This is the worse insurance experience I've had in my life. I'll be changing companies come my renewal time.

Love being able to do most of my insurance needs online. I have had to call once or twice and they were so friendly and helpful. Great rates. I’ve been really happy with my switch to sonnet.

It is absolutely impossible to actually deal with someone. Good luck canceling Good luck providing the information needed for other companies And Good luck trying to deal with the mess they leave you sitting in WHILE you pay them for the experience.
