Average. While yes, it is convenient to have self service online Insurance, Sonnet is money greedy just like every other insurance company. As my years gaining driving experience -without accidents- go up, so has my insurance. This is backwards and wrong. I pay more in insurance than I will probably ever be covered for if something does happen.

Very hard to communicate. Not representative to talk. No discount during the pandemic with much less driving. Many things to be improved.
