I love how accessible and how easy it is to adjust policies . I still can’t understand why my premiums go up every year even though I have a clean record, especially with the pandemic it doesn’t make sense. I cancelled a tenet policy because it doubled for some unknown reason.
Hands down the best insurance company I have ever used. Easy to switch policies,coverage,vehicles as it’s all online and you do it yourself. It’s really how all insurances companies should be!
They're fine. A bit expensive for what they offer but no real complaints. They never seem to mail out the car insurance papers so I always have to print them.
