Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

My experience with Sonnet so far has been a pleasant one. This reviews only involves sonnet as a insurance provider but also to be honest i haven't dealt with any claims yet from them. Overall customer service and employees seem to be friendly, polite and pleasant. The prices are competitive i would say and they also have university and college discounts which are great. The only drawback i would say everything is digital with them which i hate and dont like at all. There needs to be an option online for there clients if they want everything online or paper in the mail and leave that to there clients to choose that.

Easy access & affordable.

I have not had to file a claim but Sonnet insured me quickly when I bought in another province. Other companies said they wouldn’t insure me because I hadn’t had insurance in that province in the past. It was so easy because Sonnet was able to bypass many questions (for example distance to fire hydrant) because they have everything mapped out in their GIS system. It was painless and premiums are very reasonable. My next move will be to move my car insurance from my current provider to Sonnet. Thank you Sonnet.
