Awesome team

So far I’ve experienced poor customer service and I’m very u happy so far. I’ve had an issue with one of your employees not filing my claim properly and I’ve had to waste my time, talking to multiple people until my claim was filed. After I finally got my claim filed, a representative was supposed to schedule an appointment for me to get an estimate for my car this morning and I go to the shop, to find out that she scheduled my appointment for the next morning… I am so unhappy and aggravated and I’ve expected better service from this company… Once my policy ends, this year in October, I will not be renewing it and it’s very unfortunate that it has to end this way.

Best decision I ever made was to switch to Sonnet! I saved over $1000 a year and got better coverage and service.

Amazing quick and easy to setup this is what insurance should be and their rates are fabulous. Can pay by credit card to earn points.
