Terrible. Group of liars. Wish I never switched over. I tell my people to stay away from sonnet. Only a matter of time before I’m gone too

Sonnet was crazy easy and super fast to get my policy! I also love their easy-to-use online dashboard.

I was given quotes (numerous) and accepted "quote" when payment went through the cost was WAY over quote and to REALLY screw thing more money than agreed upon was taken from account without prior notification of any kind! I have talked with 2 agents so far and the matter is being investigated and they have taken responsibility for this matter (as i have undisputable proof in print) but they have yet to resolve anything..I will update this review on friday feb.11 as that is the date they are "suppose" to have a solution. The explanation I have gotten today feb 11 is that the system has screwed up all online quotes for the last month and people were charged "wrongly". The only solution "any" sonnet agent is able to provide is "cancel your policy and lose all monies paid in so far" 3 months worth to the tune of 718.00 dollars. Then open another policy with "a proper quote" and go through a flawed or "glitched" system once again and see if it is corrected. I have run numerous quotes for a policy through the system and have received different numbers every time (ranging from 108.75 to 226.67) none of which reflect my rate I am being charged now! Be very very careful with this insurance company as they continue to use a flawed system even though they "know of the issues". I believe any reputable company should be able to correct their flaws without a significant cost to the consumer. ALL agents agree that if they were the "consumer in my shoes they would be frustrated as well" Long story short I was scammed into purchasing a miscalculated policy! I just pulled another quote! guess what...It is another different number 40 less than I am paying.. SHELL GAME Advertising! UPDATE Feb 16 2022: ONCE AGAIN the monthly payment amount has almost DOUBLED from what I agreed to and none of the math ads up on any "payments and accounts" print outs. This insurance company is CLEARLY scamming their customers and are refusing to answer any of my questions. UPDATE Feb 18 2022 After pushing to all levels of sonnet I was offered a solution which I am happy with...It was A VERY painfull process but it is resolved.
