Was easy to navigate and fill out but…
Was easy to navigate and fill out but modifying info was a bit of a chore. Partly my fault for putting in a test start date just to see the quote in the first place. Thought the quote would be just a quote then fill in the start and what not. Either way glad I made the switch.

CHEAP INSURANCE FOR CHEAP CUSTOMER SERVICES !!
You may pay cheap for Sonnet insurance compared to bigger power houses like Desjardins Assurance but rest assured that quality service is not included in the cheaper insurance price, hence to low fees.
Had the most unprofessional and unqualified insurance experiences trying to fill a claim. Very disappointing, I DO NOT RECOMMEND SONNET INSURANCE TO ANYONE WHO VALUES PEACE OF MIND !! I learnt my lesson so you don't have to . Pay more with DESJARDINS INSURANCE and sleep well at night knowing you have qualified insurance agents ready to help, NOT LIKE AT SONNET.
