When I bought the policy and paid it immediately, it was canceled for the next month and they charged me for 2 months and they didn't explain why.

Bad customer service

it couldn’t change the date of payment which was not shown anywhere , through the terms of condition or in the page .and every time I call them I need to wait almost 1 hr to get someone on call .
