Terrible waste of money insurance…

Terrible waste of money insurance company terrible to deal with they don't pay out claims properly awful in person customer service they work Mon to frid and that is if you can ever even get anyone on the phone hours of waiting to speak to someone if it a long weekend good luck nearly impossible they have terrible customer service do not do a monthly payment with them what they don't tell you is you do there job meaning you have to keep updating you're financial information you're debit card number on the online account webpage so if you get more than two new debit cards a year don't bother they don't use traditional pre authorization like a normal insurance company they expect the customer to go online and update new card every time but what they also don't tell you is it must be updated five days in advance of the withdrawal date otherwise they say you didn't pay even though you updated the payment information on time instead I called it in to the phone prompt payment system and was paid up they kept my payment anyway and they said this isn't allowed and cancelled my policy anyway they cancelled my tenant policy even though it was paid before the due date I wouldn't have paid a dime had I known that I would have said go pound sand I paid well before the cancellation date I use CO operators for my car insurance and will be sticking with them for all my insurance needs they have excellent customer service do a normal pre authorization it's impossible to expect that from customers to update every new debit card when paid by credit card they charge 2% for a bill payment off my MasterCard so unless you pay the fee you have to use a debit card everytime useless after thoroughly reading my policy I realized I was being ripped off and didn't even have the co coverage I had requested when I had originally bought the policy this is not how good insurance companies do business with and the guy I finally got thru a week later spoke with a guy named Steven he is a terrible customer service agent ignorant rude man a fly by night operation want to not get what you paid for don't do business with this company
