Sonnet paid out everyone else but me - the customer - the one who paid for the policy
Sonnet Insurance has taken over 4 months to pay out any loss coverage after investigation was conducted and concluded over 3 months ago determined that a fire destroyed my garage and everything in it. They have been nickel and diming me over a measly $9,000 loss coverage for personal possessions. They have just finally sent out cheques that go to the mortgage holder - a rich profitable brute that penalized me over $60,000 for the delay the fire caused that postponed and compromised a sale of the property I had arranged. I lost that sale due to the failure of Sonnet to produce any insight at all that I could assure the buyer with to keep them from backing out. So Now I am penniless and lost that sale and had to take a $30,000 loss on the sale as well as pay $60,000 in penalties for the 3 month delay due to this fire that I was paying insurance premiums to protect me from and avoid. So Sonnet finally makes sure the rich mortgage comopany who levied $60 k of penalty on me gets paid but still are giving me every run around possibly to either deny my personal possession loss coverage or make the process as difficult as humanly possible and almost 4 and a half months later I have not received a dine except for $20 of a refund because I cancelled my insurance policy with Sonnet. Somehow, they were able to get that $20 to me with no delay. Thanks for the twenty bucks Sonnet. Now the delay of insurance coverage has not only cost me almost $90,000 but the failure of Sonnet to let go of any money at all to honour their promise to cover my losses in over 4 months has cost me thou\sands more in day to day expenses. So now even if they stopped treating me like some beggar begging for a handout or some swindler trying to scam then out of the coverage I paid to have I will still be penniless because of Sonnet. Now I and my 8 year old face homelessness and I never made a dime off the sale of my house, in fact I owe more money than it sold for due to the fire. Scammers, inhumane, stalling to make more profits, Sonnet took care of the rich mortgage company before me - the one who paid for the policy ffs! Still not a dime - almost 5 months later!
