Cheap, good services
Cheaper than all other services while maintaining a level of service that is required in the industry. What’s there not to like?

I had home and auto with Sonnet for…
I had home and auto with Sonnet for several years. All okay. In 2023 home premiums jumped by almost 50%. No claims and no problems on my end. Also no explanation by sonnet.
In Feb 2024 I traded cars. The initial quote for the new car was roughly the same as current policy so I stayed. The premium that I was charged however was literally 40% higher than the quote. No explanation and no resolution. I switched to CAA and for the same coverage got a premium that was 40% lower than Sonnet’s.
Make sure you shop around because Sonnet is just another insurance company despite all their rhetoric.
