Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

Had to cancel sonnet policy since I found the premium was too high for my new car one day after I purchased and switched over to other provider. And they charged me $175.40 for the cancelation fee. My monthly premium pay was $190 ish. I spoke to the CS and they said it is short notice penalty and its calculated based on annual premium even though i was under their policy for ONLY ONE DAY. This does not make sense to me and the customer service guy was not able to explain why they charge based on whole year not month. Refund is also taking minimum 2week, and the cancelation fee will be paid from the downpayment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SONNET.
