Customer service is excellent.
Customer service when we called with questions was amazing. The rep spent well over an hour with us while we figured out some technical issues with website, and was super - very kind, patient and explained everything really well. The price can't be beat.

I had forgotten about my payment…
I had forgotten about my payment withdrawal date and because of a big 1 time payment coming out there was insufficient funds. I immediately called Sonnet and was able to rectify the issue in minutes with the help of a very polite, courteous and knowledgeable agent. I'd highly recommend Sonnet to family and friends as well as anyone that my view this.
