I recommend Sonnet for auto and renters insurance. I always received excellent customer service, prompt responses. I feel important and protected!
My online experience was great , easy to navigate thru, an changing policies or even adding additional cars or making payments is a breeze to do aswell. My 12year old could navigate thru this,meaning it's simple an easy to use an fallow. Thnkyou Sonnet
Lack of information lead to me having to cancel a policy that had already been paid the initial 2 months fees.
Poor information given about the Sonnet Shift app and the basic OS requirements for use - such as minimum OS version acceptable.
