Fast and courteous agents resolved my issues in minutes !! Would highly recommend to all my friends and family !!
I was amazed of how their system works! I am a type of person that doesn’t want to speak to anyone thru phone for some reasons. Thanks to Sonnet! I have been looking for auto insurance but most of them wants me to call for more information but to Sonnet every thing is taken cared of online, the cost of my car insurance is reasonable because of my level of license but was happy because every thing is settled thru online! Kudos go Sonnet!

Insurance company that doesn’t work at all - they know how to collect money but when you need help and claim something - helpless.
I will describe a bit more - have insured 4 cars with 4 drivers and a house. At the beginning everything looked great , paver found that one driver disappeared from the policy - but I paid for 4 cars, 4 drivers, and a house. I didn’t get any refund back…. Later happened accident with me and I wanted to flame it - and checked all data in my policy and found that my information is wrong at the policy.. so asked sonnet workers to fix it, send all information there, all scanned driving licenses. They fixed it - mentioned that for adding additional driver I will get 1017 premium to pay- I agreed. During these called I received 3 mailed by land letters about the cancellation of the policy and more then 5 messages by email about cancellation.
As soon as I get cancelation message - called and asked for reason why policy will be canceled. I received the answer that the sonnet worker who entered data for drivers did a mistake - and that’s why I received cancellation notifications….
I called more than 6 times and each time of my call was not less than 1:30 hours…. And still at my customer dashboard I have three notifications of the cancellation!!!!!! - they are not able to fix it!!!!! I called again and in 15 days after I added 4th driver - I asked the assistant from sonnet to delete my 4th driver from policy- she didn’t delete him but said I will get back 780. When I asked for the difference - where it’s gone - she said 155 days of being in policy and administrative fees. When I complained and asked for brackdown - I didn’t get information that I understood…..
Same day checked my online cabinet - seen there 4th driver, tried to delete him online - system said ‘ups, something went wrong….”
Over the phone workers are helpless, I am not able ti reach someone who can help me to fix their problems in the system, it looks like they don’t have clirify understanding how their system works, how it calculates- to deal with people who do not know - nightmare!!!!
