Sonnet is amazing
My family and I had an amazing experience with Sonnet! They had prompt responses when we had claims. The last but not least, when we were involved in an accident, we were hit from behind, we couldn’t drive our suv but then Sonnet lent us a luxury vehicle to use.
Company fails to explain their billing. Received email advising me a credit was due to me. I asked when I could anticipate seeing the credit on my account and requested a full accounting of the credit application. All I was told is that i will be advised when it was applied - SURPRISE - NO CREDIT APPLIED. I asked for a full accounting of my account - NEVER PROVIDED.
I contacted Sonnet Support via their online chat regarding my home and auto premiums and associated coverage vs my bank. Nicole provided me with several options to reduce my premiums.
