Sonnet has customer service! Either by phone or live chat, you can find someone to help you. Service is lacking so much these days, it's refreshing to have a problem or request fulfilled quickly and totally as requested. Today, a fellow named Dylan served me and did an excellent job for me. Also, I like that I can insure a property or make changes to my policies in an instant online by myself. So much better than some brokers..( Duliban Insce. ) who never call you back even though you've been their customer for 20+ years. Thanks.

The most terrible insurance company ever. We are now locked in for like 5 years…. Can’t wait for these years to fly by so we can get a reliable and real insurance company. So disappointed, my husband thought was a good option because prices but they are cheap for a reason..

Easy to use website, it has the best price when I compared with other company. I haven't claim anything yet, but so far its looking great.
