Sonnet is the greatest company to work with; they constantly go above and beyond what I had expected of them, and they are a pleasure to deal with.

The service was great except for Sonnet not able to insure our seasonal property as other insurance companies are insuring seasonal properties for our friends.

The price good, experience bad. They are hard to get in contact with and they have hidden policies that the agent accidentally said I was not supposed to know about. I called again, as suggested, 1 hr later no resolve to the issue. Contacting you'll is of no use. Made the payment you'll still canceled. Tried on the app, before any mail was sent, it refused to update my payment, it did not allow the update and now there is no resolve except cancelation. Horrible hidden policy, no support or resolve.

Very professional fast service

I wasn't able to ensure that the online platform accepted my updated banking information, but Aesha was so friendly and knowledgeable, my mind was immediately put at ease knowing my information was updated in a fast and efficient manor.
