Sonnet is an amazing company, very user friendly the online part. Staff is always very helpful and make you feel like you are the only customer and give you their undivided attention. Especially today, that is an amazing quality in a company, as others when you contact them they make you feel like you are bothering them and wasting their time. Great Job Sonnet!

Having a very bad experience with Sonnet. My car was in an accident last Wednesday. I filed a claim online because I figured it would be easier for the company to call me when they had time than clogging up the help line. It is now Monday afternoon and I can't get ahold of the adjuster. I called in to customer care and was spoken to by a very rude woman. Terrible customer service. I am ALSO very surprised to see good reviews.
