I lived as a renter for many years without rental insurance. The process of signing up was intimidating and complicated for me. Then a dear friend had damage in his apartment and relied on the insurance he had to deal with the damage. It was at that point I realized I needed to get insurance myself. I saw a post for Sonnet on one of the Toronto Blue Jays Instagram feed and decided to check it out. It couldn’t have been easier to sign up and get the peace of mind I needed. I have moved since I first signed up and it was so easy to transfer my policy to the new place. I thankfully haven’t had to put in a claim but feel confident it would be handled well if I do.

I have had a lot of experience with insurance companies over the years,but I must say Sonnet has made it easy to.do business with them. I have found their pricing today be very competitive. One truly never knows how good an insurance company is until you have to file a claim . So far we have been claims free for many years. Thats why I asked Sonnet to implement a policy of disappearing deductibles for every year you go claims free. If they really want to.keep me as a customer, they should reward me with a zero deductibles on my house and car policies for my excellent record. Customers like me should be treated as preferred customers and valued as the very customer they need to insure profits for the company and shareholders. Consider adopting a motto like "Thinking like a Customer" I for one would whole heartily recommend Sonnet as your car and house insurer! You will be pleasantly surprised how easy they are to deal with, especially while getting a quote. No other car and house insurer can compare in making the process of a quote so easy. Once your a Sonnet customer you will never want to go back to the old antiquated quote system or broker shopping for the cheapest premium, while trying to earn their 12% commission on your auto or 20% commission on the house policy! The broker agent system earns these commissions on every renewal, thus increasing the overall cost to the customer.
