I have to renew my drive license but I couldn’t because covid all drive test centre are closed so, this insurance company doesn’t want to renew my policy because of that is not my fault.

I was paying 230 a month for car Insurance with Aviva and i found you and switched and was paying 85 a month. Now, a few years later, i pay 70 a month for car insurance. You saved me thousands over the course of a few years. Forever thankful.

So convenient and reasonable.

They raise your rates after saying they warned the customer via email when in fact they never sent one. And the rate increases in my case were over double what I had been paying.

Great service, everything is easy with you guys. The only thing that I don’t agree with is the fact that my insurance goes up every year, even though I don’t claim anything. The answer you guys gave me as to why I have to pay more every year without even claiming anything doesn’t make sens to me. It’s because a lot of people have been claiming this year !!! What do I have to do with them ?? 5 stars for the ease of use of your app though. The rest, I’m not so sure about it. I’m really mad at the fact that I have to pay more for those who claim stuff and all.
