Prices are good but service wasn't

Prices are good but dealing with a NOT AT FAULT accident was extremely time consuming. Very difficult to get ahold of the adjuster or get a clear idea what was going on. Sure did not make me feel like a valued customer with the amount of time I WASTED and confusing things I was told. Maybe I am naïve but I really don't trust what I was told.

Best Customer Service I've ever experienced. Price was far lower than all other companies that I searched (and I did my homework)

I like the fact I can get all details…

I like the fact I can get all details online. I do not like how my rates had not reduced a lot over that past few years. Especially since there is no longer financing on the car. I would have expected a decrease in my premium. I have never had an accident or a theft from my home yet very little movement in my rates

I have never I'm my life been so…

I have never I'm my life been so satisfied by Sonnet insurance company . I've been with them over 6 yrs and I've never had a problem with them there understanding if you have an issue of payment and or problem's in general. So I'm here to say sonnet is the way to go
