Had my insurance raised from like 100$…
Had my insurance raised from like 100$ a month up to 170$ a month because OTHER drivers in my area are bad drivers, no accident or infractions BUT because other drivers.
Edit: they went over the exact thing with me for a 3rd time. They explained I got charged almost double after my first policy renewal, because they determined my insurance was to low. Keep in mind I've been driving for 15 years and haven't had a single ticket, or any driving infraction, accident or anything. Bunch of unhelpful staff.

Being 5 years with them with 0 claims and multiple vehicles still keep increasing premium .during pandemic time even .when I removed one vehicles I still got charged for the vehicle and when I asked they said they can't refund they will give monthly credit.
