Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

Have not submitted any claims so I cannot speak to that side of the business. However, my rates have continued to be competitive and drop slightly each year. The online chat has always been sufficient.

I called few times regarding my concern on high home insurance rates and never heard from any of the supervisors/management person I was told I would hear from. Even when a call gets disconnected from sonnet rep there is never a call back. In past Sonnet has charged me higher for my home insurance, after fighting over a year it got corrected following year. But I paid high insurance for 1 year. Fast forward 2 years and I believe its same issue again and no customer service rep has knowledge or willing to help. I get different answer on same question from different service reps. During Covid lockdowns in March-April 2020, Sonnet was probably the very few companies to not offer discount on Car insurance. I think they only did after insurance companies were appealed to do so from politicians. All in all very unprofessional customer service and frustrating experience.

I have never had a problem insuring a vehicle They are patient and very knowledgeable .

Should have lower rate ,for us that have not had accidents. Or any claims..I shouldn't have to pay .for people that don't have insurance. That's why rates go up ..paying for others .not fair at all

Im paying more money for the 2 car insurance and 1 house insurance.that amount is too high for me.specially this time of pandemic issue.i hope someone take a look for me and give me some discount.here is my # 506 607 0805 im happy to discuss my financial stability Regards Marissa
